Both are great depending on what you want. I would choose the Chief’s luau because its closer to Waikiki and much larger than the Toa Luau. If you want an intimate luau, definitely go for the Toa luau.

The Toa Luau is not on the beach unfortunately. Its set at Waimea Valley, so lots of tropical settings for a photo op.
